Ageing with Pride Social Group
First Friday of the month (excluding January), 10am-12pm at Co-Lab Space (first floor with lift available) at the Ballarat Library in Doveton Street North
Come and join our Ageing Well Ballarat Community Connectors as we celebrate our older LGBTI+ community and allies. This group provides a welcoming space to meet new friends and have a chat about all things ageing with pride.
Cuppa and biscuits provided. No bookings required.

Rainbow Swim Club
First Saturday of every month from 3pm - 4pm (during sensory quiet time) at the Ballarat Aquatic Centre, Prince of Wales Recreation Reserve - Pt, 1 Kunuwarra Place, Lake Gardens VIC 3350
Come join a friendly group of LGBTIQA+ folk to swim in the pools, bob around in the hydro pool, relax in the spa or just have a chat at the Ballarat Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre (BALC).
All bodies, ages and abilities are most welcome - EVERY body is a pool body. Come as you are in whatever you're most comfortable in. The BALC has inclusion trained, friendly staff, a rage of changing rooms including individual changing rooms and the Rainbow Swim Club is headed up by accredited swim coach and LGBTIQA+ advocate, Nick.
The group will meet at the grand stand next to the 25m pool from 2:45pm and make our way into the water around 3pm.
Attendance is free but you'll need to pay for the cost of a casual swim to get in (or you can use your membership if you have one).
